The Role:

As the CRM & Digital Manager you will:

* Development CRM programme
* Head up the development and implementation of all the digital marketing communication projects and campaigns
* Devise an online multi-channel end to end customer journey strategy
* Oversee the development of a new website and app

The person:

* Proven track record of delivering digital campaigns
* Knowledge of CRM systems
* Experience interpreting results and managing data
