Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: GBP 25.,000 per annum

Hours to be worked: 37.5 per week

Are you an extreme wiz on the PC and through social media pages?
If so then this may be the ideal role for you!

In this role you will be responsible for providing digital support to promote the presence of a well-established Care Home through all digital channels, these will include social media, digital advertising and the company's website. As a Digital Marketing Officer you will also a lead on digital recruitment, inc Indeed, Google and various job boards. You will be using recruitment specific social media platforms to entice the best of candidates to apply for the Care Homes Vacancies.

The main part of this role is to ensure the care home is recognised as the leading provider of high quality relationship centred care for all residents.

If so read on, this is a brilliant opportunity for you to work for a large, well know global organisation within their Digital Marketing department based in a small beautiful town based in Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager with various marketing projects as well as being responsible for the countries and regional stakeholder communication and the quality of all campaigns and work executed on the company's website.

In order to be considered for this position you will have a genuine interest and passion for Marketing.
The Role:

* Managing the care homes social media pages from potential clients through to recruitment needs
* Creation and maintenance of engaging and relevant content to include infographics, video, photography, news and events to engage our audience
* Ensuring that all global standards are maintained and changes are compliant to guidelines
* Creation of campaign pages and E-Marketing distributions
* Effective assessment of country change requests and decision to execute or clarification with the dedicated Manager
* Build a range of reports using web analytics tools (full training will be provided)
* Supporting various teams on their Digital Marketing activities
* Create and manage schedules and monitor the effectiveness of advertisements and all media used to promote the business.
* You will work closely with your colleagues ie Marketing Manager and Communications Manager to develop a strategy for digital and media campaigns
* Writing blogs and articles for the company website

Who we're looking for:

* Ideally a recent graduate or someone with a previous Marketing related role
* A keen interest in Digital Marketing
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook is advantageous but not essential
* Great attention to detail, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
* You will need an expert understanding of Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Self-motivated but also a team player

This role would suit somebody with previous experience recruiting using social media or working within a marketing environment.
