Property Solicitor growing practice Camden Town NW1
If you have solid experience in conveyancing, leasehold enfranchisement (both houses and flats), company formations for right to manage, landlord & tenant matters and conveyancing…… we want to hear from you.
We are looking for a hands on fee earner to join our growing team. Someone who will not just complete the transaction but understand that an enfranchisement is an opportunity to modernise leases and tailor a companies constitution to protect against common lease problems.
Key qualities:
- assertive in getting key decisions from clients
- able to build common purpose and lead Clients that are ‘groups’,
- focussed on the end game with a desire to push through the process,
- someone who enjoys explaining complex legislation in simple terms.
This varied role will see you meeting new Clients, preparing fee quotes, and writing the odd article/blog on enfranchisement issues as well as juggling a caseload of Conveyancing, Freehold Purchase, Right to Manage and Lease Extension work.
Ringley Legal is not a top-heavy organisation so someone who has a little extra to give in stature, networking or marketing could design their future with us.

You’ll also need good IT skills to update the casework management system, to draft documents and to track jobs.
Offices based in NW1 (Camden Town Tube)
Hours: 38.15 hours per week.
