Brightwork Ltd has a great opportunity for dedicated, passionate and experienced residential workers for temporary work in a children's support service in Ayr.
You will be an experienced children's residential worker with a minimum of an SVQ2. You will also be registered with the SSSC.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic, be passionate and highly motivated to provide all areas of support and care, helping to provide a safe and supportive environment whilst still promoting independence. You will also have experience supporting clients with disabilities and challenging behavior. This role may also include personal care. You will also have good communication and be able to adapt to changing situations in a calm manner, prioritising where needed.
Flexible shifts are agreed by matching applicant's availability with our client's needs.
