THE CARAVAN
This 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan is genuinely beautiful, modern and spacious, a 2012 Haven Deluxe Plus grade caravan with heating throughout.
Beds are made up for you arrival and there is no hassle and stress of queuing for keys at reception meaning your holiday can start the second you arrive. The caravan also benefits from an early check in of 2pm. Toilet rolls, hand wash, hand towels, washing up liquid, dishcloths and tea towels are all provided.
Two twin bedrooms and a master bedroom, with a pull our double bed in the lounge. The caravan has a spacious bathroom and an additional WC.
An beautiful open plan kitchen/dining/living area with all the modern amenities you could require whilst on holiday.
The living area boasts spacious, comfortable seating area, TV, DVD, playstation and selection of children's/family games and DVDs.
The caravan is ideally located in a quiet area of the park, yet centrally located with just a 5 minute walk to either the lakeside or funworks areas of the park.
The caravan has its own parking area, and backs on to a spacious green area/hill for children to play on. The caravan benefits from a patio area with seating and umbrella.

THE SITE
The only 5* Haven Park in the UK and the highest graded park on the East Coast, Primrose Valley has a lot to offer for families and couples of all ages whatever the weather.
The large landscaped Park is perched on a cliff near Filey, with direct access to the large golden sandy beach.
The park offers large multi sports courts, kart and bike hire, a large fishing lake, climbing wall, laser quest, soft play, amusements, funfair, crazy golf, playgrounds, three swimming pools, including one outdoor pool, one lakeside pool newly refurbished and extended for 2016 and the fun and action packed splash waterworld with waterslides, jacuzzi, water jets and many more indoor water play stations.
The park also offers a full day and night time entertainments programme for both families and couples alike. Daytime activities include water walkers, puppet show, pool party, nature rocks, (including fire lighting, den making, bird box making), pic n paint, sandart, aqua jets and much more.
Night time entertainment programme includes a fun and action packed programme for the children, and a separate location for the adults entertainment which hosts the on park bingo and an array of professional acts.
Also on site a free ATM, Spa mini mart, Starbucks, Millie's Cookies, Pappa John's Pizza, and a selection of restaurants including Mash and Barrell, West Pier and traditional fish and chip restaurant.
THE SURROUNDING AREA
Perfectly located for access to Scarborough, Filey, and Bridlington, where there are a host of fun packed days out to be had including Scarborough SeaLife, Peasholme Park, North Bay Railway, Scarborough Open Air theatre, Play Dale Park Farm, Filey Bird Garden, John Bull Rock, bird of prey centre, Scarborough Castle, pirate ship cruise.
Also roughly one hours drive away there is FlamingoLand, Whitby and the North Yorkshire railway.
Popular location for those who want to take some stunning walks along the East Yorkshire coastline.
Also nearby a variety of privately owned golf courses.

SORRY NO PETS AND STRICTLY NO SMOKING for the comfort of all guests who holiday with us.
A ÂŁ50 security deposit is taken at the point of booking, which is refunded within 7 days of you leaving the caravan, provided there is no damage to the caravan. I expect that genuine accidents happen, the deposit is taken purely to guard against carelessness and malicious damage.
The balance of the holiday can be paid any time up until 3 weeks before arrival.
PLEASE NOTE
Although you can access some facilities on site without funworks passes, in order to access the full entertainments programme you will need to purchase passes.
The prices quoted above are for the cost of accommodation only. Funworks passes need to be purchased directly from Haven upon arrival.
