Randstad are currently recruiting for a Trainee Consultant for a busy Trades and Labour Desk. This is an ideal start point for any individual looking to begin a career with one of the largest Global Recruitment Agency's.
Duties to include:
* A specific focus on working candidates
* Speaking to various construction tradesmen such as bricklayers, carpenters, plasterers, general labourers and painters and decorators to see what their current work situation is
* Identifying candidates who are looking for work, taking references and generating leads and information for the trades Consultants
* Registering new candidates onto the system
* Keeping the system up to date with available workers and building relationships
* Answering the phone, reviewing job advert responses and keeping spreadsheets up to date with the relevant information
* Assisting with the management of current workers.
This a great opportunity to gain entry into the recruitment industry, to learn the basics and lay the foundations required to become a successful recruitment consultant in future without the immediate requirements of hitting targets and budgets.
There is great potential to progress within Randstad whilst earning commission and being part of a valued team here in our Manchester office.
No previous experience is necessary just a good work ethic, ambition and positive attitude.
