Letting negotiator required

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-motivated Lettings negotiator, required to join a busy and successful lettings office. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a lettings expert, not just a negotiator / Administrator.
You will be responsible for accompanied viewings to all our properties. You will also assist our lettings office in providing excellent customer service to our current and prospective tenants as well as liaising with landlords and assisting with the day to day running of the office.
Main duties include:
• Taking potential tenants on viewings, showing them around and negotiating between tenants and landlords.
• Good knowledge of sales.
• Dealing with tenant enquiries.
• Managing viewing diaries.
• Carrying out property inspections.
• Chase up rent arrears.
• Helping out with various office and administrative tasks.
• Negotiating lettings contracts.
• Speaks 2 or more languages preferably

Requirements:

• Help with all administrative aspects involved in running of the Property Management Department.
• Comply with all compliance procedures.
• Must own a car and have a full, clean UK driving licence.
• Be computer literate.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Organised and dependable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attending property viewings.
• Negotiating lettings contracts.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation, sales and marketing skills

Working hours:
Hours of work will be full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm.
Saturdays 9am to 3pm.
