SUCCESFUL APPLICANTS WILL START A PAID INDUCTION ON THE 6TH JUNE 2016

â˘Pay rates from ÂŁ7.68 with enhanced evening and weekend rates up to ÂŁ9.40
â˘Generous paid mileage and travel allowance
â˘Paid training induction package
â˘28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and paid company sick leave
â˘Immediate training and start
â˘We also have positions available for weekday domestic assistants between 9am and 3pm or 9am and 5pm.

Your role as a Care Support Worker will encompass assisting people in their own homes with daily living tasks, provide befriending services, assisting people recovering from an illness or after discharge from hospital. Offer shopping and domestic support and enable family carers to have some much needed respite time whilst you care for the person they look after with care needs.

Carers Trust has an excellent reputation with customers, staff, Warwickshire County Council and the Clinical Commissioning Group. We continue to receive excellent feedback related to compliance through inspection and have we have recently been rated âGOODâ in our inspection by the Care Quality Commission at our Coventry branch.
