Bluebird Care is looking for an experienced, dynamic and friendly Care Supervisor to join our fast growing business in Totton. The Care Supervisor position is a crucial part of the team and is the link between the Customers, Carers and Care Manager. What are we looking for in our Care Supervisors? ďˇ A passion for delivering high quality care ďˇ A friendly, proactive team player with a can-do attitude who is prepared to get stuck in when required. ďˇ Supervisory experience in Domiciliary Care. ďˇ Must have a full UK driving licence and Car. ďˇ IT literate with good verbal and written skills. ďˇ NVQ/QCF L3 (or working towards it) In return we offer a competitive salary, an enjoyable and friendly working environment with strong opportunities for further progression and training. The Care Supervisor role includes: ďˇ Working alongside the Care Manager to help grow the business ďˇ Carrying out assessments and risk assessments for potential new customers ďˇ Writing up a detailed care plan for all new customers ďˇ Completing spot checks and supervisions for field staff. ďˇ Taking the on call phone on a rota basis for the team ďˇ Quality checks and reviews
