Care Supervisor – Bluebird Care (New Forest)
Salary ÂŁ17-22k per annum (depending on experience) + 20 days
holidays + benefits.

Bluebird Care is looking for an experienced, dynamic and friendly Care
Supervisor to join our fast growing business in Totton. The Care
Supervisor position is a crucial part of the team and is the link between
the Customers, Carers and Care Manager.
What are we looking for in our Care Supervisors?
 A passion for delivering high quality care
 A friendly, proactive team player with a can-do attitude who is
prepared to get stuck in when required.
 Supervisory experience in Domiciliary Care.
 Must have a full UK driving licence and Car.
 IT literate with good verbal and written skills.
 NVQ/QCF L3 (or working towards it)

The Care Supervisor role includes:
 Working alongside the Care Manager to help grow the business
 Carrying out assessments and risk assessments for potential new
customers
 Writing up a detailed care plan for all new customers
 Completing spot checks and supervisions for field staff.
 Taking the on call phone on a rota basis for the team
 Quality checks and reviews
