At the cosmopolitan island of Spetses, concretely at the region of Old Harbour and on an advantageous location, we allocate for sale  a house of two apartments in two floors with a surrounding garden.

The plot is surrounded by traditional stone-built wall 2,20  m. height, with two entries.                              The existing building has been constructed legally by building authorization, published on 1971.                                                                                        According the existing building regulations at the island of Spetses, the building factor permits an additional construction at least of 250 sqm,  above the ground level.
