Pilates is for everyone. The exercises are gentle, deceptively simple and effective.
You are taught to align your body into an idea posture so as joints are bearing weight comfortably and muscles are working optimally before starting an exercise.
Your posture in every day life will improve as you strengthen the body's central core muscles, helping you to stand straight and hold your upper body correctly.
Pilates requires total concentration, as you breathe to enhance the effectiveness of the movements and focus on the feelings in your muscles.
You learn how your body works and what you need to do to keep yourself healthy.
Classes are relaxed and informal, working mindfully on posture and alignment, maximising and benefitting your experience.
