Cost and timings:
- Fridays (7pm to 12pm) - £100 Deposit
- Sundays - £100 Deposit
- Saturdays (7pm to 12pm)- £100 + £100 Deposit
- An extended bar license to 1am is available for an extra cost of £150
Deposit:
- The deposit of £100 will be returned if bar spend is over £800 on a Friday or Saturday evening function.
- The deposit of £100 will be returned if bar spend is over £500 on a Sunday function.
- There must be no damage to any property and no abusive or threatening behaviour towards any staff member
- You are not allowed to bring any of your own alcohol or soft drink
Additional information:
- The venue can hold a maximum of 160 adults.
- There are 2 smoking areas which are situated at either end of the function room.
- Within the venue there are 3 TV screens and a project screen which can be utilised free of charge to display pictures, the images must be placed on a DVD.
- If available, it is possible to add a 5-aside football pitch to your booking at an additional cost.
- The hire of the venue comes with 2 bar staff, if a 3rd is required to reduce wait times at the bar, an additional bar staff can be provided for an additional £50.00.
- You are able to supply your own buffet, which can be stored within our cold room earlier in the day before your function; alternatively we can provide catering and offer a wide selection of food choices.
- We can also recommend our in house DJ for your event at a total cost of £200 (this must be paid in full before the DJ is confirmed)
- Last orders for the bar are at 11.45pm and the bar stops serving at 00.00am (midnight)
- Centre must be cleared and vacated by 00.30am (this may affect your deposit)
