Care Supervisor – West Lothian (20 hours per week)
As one of the team of Care Supervisors for West Lothian, your high standards ensure our clients receive the high-quality care that they deserve.
You listen closely to what clients tell you, because you know how important it is to get the little things right for them. You can use this understanding to develop clear care plans that show how best to support each client. You will receive specialist training to be able to undertake a range of risk assessments including Moving & Handling and Medication in order to ensure the safety of both our clients and care staff during the delivery of care.
Your customer focus is evident during regular reviews with clients where you ensure they receive exceptional care that meets their needs. Our company values of confidentiality, compassion, respect, honesty, professionalism and responsibility are part of your natural way of working.
You enjoy helping people develop their skills further and are able to provide guidance and support to care workers in your area after observing their practice during Community Supervision visits.
You are naturally very organised, great at being able to sort the urgent priorities from the routine tasks and can adapt your diary accordingly.
Although the majority of your work might be done 9-5, you are flexible in your working hours to be able to meet a client’s family for a review after they finish work or to conduct a Moving & Handling risk assessment when a client gets out of bed early in the morning and you are able to support the on-call coordinating rota.
