Cover is available for up to 3 years, from date of purchase or the expiry of the manufacturers' warranty.
Unlimited claims up to the retail value of the vehicle in aggregate.
The Balance of your Insurance can be transferred following the direct sale of Your vehicle to a new private owner.

Deposits are subject to your statutory rights are not refundable and non-transferable. We hold a vehicle for seven (3) days only unless agreed
otherwise, after which time the vehicle will be re offered for sale and the deposit forfeited.
The Company will not give prior notice. Additional deposits to extend held period by three days is £500 and is non- refundable subject to your statutory rights. In the case of margin vehicles input tax deduction has not been & will not be claimed in respect of the goods sold on this
invoice. Ownership of the goods shall not be passed on to the customer until the full price has been paid in cash or cleared funds but risk shall be passed to the customer on delivery. Payment which must be by bankers draft or direct transfer before collection should be payable to Auto Capital. All vehicles are sold with return to base three months warranty on engine and gearbox internals only unless specified otherwise. Work includes parts and labor. All mileage readings cannot be guaranteed and it is up to the buyer to decide whether the mileage is genuine or not. Proof of I.D: Two proofs of I.D, confirming name and above address will be required on collection, i.e. drivers license, utility bills. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED. This agreement is subject to acceptance by the company and until signed by an authorised signatory it is not binding on the
company.

(Vehicles sold for spares and repairs will have no warranty and sold for scrap parts only it will be considered not fit for purpose and outside the normal terms and condition)
